Today will be a fun day - well, evening. I still have to clean and plan and do laundry today. But tonight we are going to our neighbors for a soup supper, and she appears to have really gone all out! She's doing several soups, one vegetarian for Carrie, and breads (which she makes) and 3 or 4 desserts and even sparkling cider so "we can toast". (Her words)
Ha. I remember...... (words tend to send me on rabbit trails as you know...) when Crystal was about 4 or 5 she was flower girl in a friend's wedding. At the reception they called for a toast for the bride. Crystal took off just then and I didn't see her anywhere. When she showed up at our table again she was nearly in tears. She had gone to the bar and asked for a piece of toast so she could give a toast to the bride! (They didn't have any. How unprepared of them!) LOLOL! They grow up. That's not fair.
